Job Requirements

  • Class A CDL license
  • One year of tractor-trailer experience
  • 22 years or older
  • Ability to start work between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.
  • Willingness to travel routes covering VA, GA, SC, and NC
  • Capability to work a five-day workweek with occasional weekends
  • Ability to operate late-model equipment
  • Commitment to no slip seating policy

Job Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL license
  • Minimum one year of tractor-trailer driving experience
  • Proven knowledge of regional routes in VA, GA, SC, and NC
  • Ability to meet physical and health requirements for commercial driving
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Clean driving record and adherence to safety protocols

Job Duties

  • Operate tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on assigned regional routes
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and company driving regulations and safety standards
  • Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
  • Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery records in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
  • Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and deadlines
  • Maintain and report any vehicle maintenance needs promptly
