The role of Region Director at Casey's is a pivotal leadership position responsible for overseeing the performance and growth of multiple District Managers and their stores within a designated geographic region. A Region Director acts as the crucial bridge between the Store Support Center and the stores within their area, ensuring that strategic initiatives are executed efficiently to drive sales, enhance operational quality, and maintain exemplary customer service standards. In this role, the Region Director will lead a talented team of District Managers by providing coaching, support, and motivation. They will be responsible for driving performance metrics and ensuring that the stores under their supervision meet and exceed company objectives. With oversight of daily activities across more than 80 store locations, this leader will foster an environment that encourages continuous improvement and aligns with Casey's broader business goals.

This leadership position requires a candidate who is comfortable with extensive travel, estimated at 85% of the time, including overnight stays.
