Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- experience leading multi-unit retail or convenience store operations
- proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively
- strong knowledge of marketing concepts and accounting theory
- excellent communication and guest service skills
- ability to travel extensively including overnight stays
- proficiency with performance metrics and financial reporting
- experience in human resource management
Job Duties
- Execute Casey's strategic initiatives within assigned region
- drive sales and maintain quality and service standards across 80+ store locations
- build business acumen and drive performance metrics at assigned stores
- act as liaison between Store Support Center and regional stores to maximize efficiency and profitability
- develop team members through coaching, support, and career pathway encouragement
- supervise personnel activity of store operations in designated area
