The Regency Club Attendant position at Hyatt Regency San Francisco is an essential role focused on delivering outstanding guest service within the exclusive Regency Club Lounge. The attendant ensures this lounge is welcoming, pristine, well-stocked, and smoothly operated throughout various service periods, including breakfast, refreshments, and evening hors d'oeuvres. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly and professionally, monitoring access to maintain exclusivity, replenishing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and presentation, and responding promptly to guest needs.
