With a strong focus on community engagement and providing a welcoming environment, Regal Cinemas not only offers a broad selection of the latest films but also prioritizes the comfort and enjoyment of its guests through various amenities, including concessions and bar services.

This role is a part-time Bartender position within Regal Cinemas, offering a unique opportunity to join a vibrant team that is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences in a dynamic entertainment setting. The bartender must greet guests promptly with a smile and demonstrate hospitality that embodies the company’s values of nice and amazing service. The role requires passion and commitment, as bartenders take food and beverage orders swiftly and accurately, using upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience. With comprehensive knowledge of bar and menu items, bartenders can make informed recommendations that delight guests.

Safety and compliance are critical components of this role. Bartenders must verify guests’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age requirements and adhere strictly to company policies, including serving a maximum of three drinks per guest and checking ID with every alcohol service. Additional responsibilities include mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks per standard recipes, maintaining cleanliness by washing and sanitizing stemware and bar equipment, and taking food orders from guests in the lobby area. Bartenders also manage inventory by setting and maintaining appropriate stock levels and reporting inventory status to management regularly. The role demands accuracy when processing payments to ensure a smooth transition for guests entering the theater.

Bartenders are expected to complete opening, mid, and closing procedures, including side work, and assist with guest complaints or requests, directing guests to appropriate resources if needed. The ability to work efficiently under pressure while fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere is essential, as is communication with customers, co-workers, and management.

This position offers engaging work within a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and take pride in delivering excellent service. Employees enjoy benefits such as free movie passes, discounted concessions, and eligibility to participate in a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, enhancing not only their work experience but also their personal development and financial security.
