The role being offered is a management position focused on overseeing daily operations related to Vending Refreshment services, Kiosks, and Micro Markets within a branch environment. The position carries a salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 per year and involves ensuring operational efficiency through effective route management including scheduling, opening, and closing of branches. A critical aspect of the role is maintaining a safe and secure environment where all employees can perform their duties and return home safely. The manager will leverage systems, equipment, and redesigned processes to drive continuous improvement within their operations. Providing consistent coaching and skill development to employees also forms a vital part of their responsibilities. Additionally, they are accountable for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to the duties of their team, as well as securing inventories through strict adherence to security procedures. Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in operations and business management
  • Minimum five years of experience in a complex warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based technology applications
  • Ability to lead with clear communication, open dialogue, and collaboration
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience in operations and business management
  • Minimum five years of experience in a complex warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based technology applications
  • Lead with clear communication, open dialogue, and collaboration

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations including Vending Refreshment services, Kiosks and Micro Markets including route efficiency, route scheduling, opening, and closing of branch
  • Maintain safe and secure environment with the goal of ensuring that all Route service employees work and return home safely
  • Leverage systems, equipment, and process redesign to drive continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching and skill development to employees on a consistent basis
  • Ensure employees comply and follow federal, state, and local regulations required to perform their duties
  • Secure inventories by executing controls and ensuring strict compliance with security procedures
  • Ensure implementation of all safety policies
  • Assist Corporate Team as required to meet branch goals
  • May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed
