Job Description
Roehl Transport is a leading trucking company that specializes in providing reliable freight transportation services across the Midwest and nationwide. Established with a commitment to driver satisfaction and operational excellence, Roehl Transport offers CDL-A drivers exceptional opportunities including competitive pay, steady miles, and a strong focus on work-life balance. With a fleet equipped with late-model trucks and state-of-the-art trailers, Roehl ensures drivers have the best tools to safely and efficiently deliver temperature-controlled products such as refrigerated goods, dry van freight, and flatbed shipments. The company is known for its Smart Home Time schedules, which provide predictable routes and weekly home time, enhancing drivers' personal and professional lives. Roehl's dedication to planning ahead gives drivers clarity on their next hauls, helping them manage their time effectively whether they prefer regional or over-the-road (OTR) driving.
This role targets CDL-A drivers who are looking for stability, growth, and a driver-first approach. Roehl offers both regional reefer truck driving positions focused on Midwest lanes and OTR reefer driving across the lower 48 states and Canada. The company’s pay structure is designed to reward performance, reliability, and time, not just miles driven, through their Dynamic Pay Plan. Top drivers in the Midwest regional roles can earn up to $1,650 per week, while OTR drivers have the potential to make up to $2,000 per week, with typical weekly earnings around $1,255 to $1,540 depending on experience and productivity. Drivers enjoy consistent freight networks, diverse shipper relationships, and year-round demand, all contributing to miles that help advance their careers.
Benefits at Roehl Transport are comprehensive and tailored to support drivers for the long haul. Medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance coverage are all part of the package. Additionally, the company provides flexible spending accounts, paid vacations, holidays, and a robust 401(k) plan with profit-sharing contributions. Roehl also rewards safe driving performance with accident-free pay, referral bonuses, and opportunities to become a Driver Trainer, which can yield significant additional income. Drivers also benefit from modern equipment and 24/7 maintenance support, alongside pet and rider policies to enhance the driving experience.
Roehl is actively hiring Class A drivers who have at least four months of recent driving experience, recent CDL school graduates seeking hands-on training, and individuals interested in paid CDL training through the company’s comprehensive programs. These positions are full-time with pay up to $2,000 per week and are designed for drivers who want a dependable employer that values their contributions and offers consistent routes and predictable schedules.
Choose Roehl Transport to drive your career forward with stable freight availability, superior equipment, rewarding pay, and a company culture centered around driver well-being and success.
