Job Requirements

  • move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance
  • stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift

  • may work both indoors and outdoors

Job Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred
  • must possess a valid Servsafe certification or have the ability to obtain a valid Servsafe certification
  • maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
  • must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • perform all essential job duties according to Omni standards
  • ensure compliance on attendance and punctuality standards
  • follow all uniform standards
  • properly set up and break down of restaurant
  • ensure complete understanding of service standards
  • ensure a complete understanding of the menu
  • deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely manner
  • comply with food handling standards
  • deliver food to all sections of the restaurant and bar
  • complete all assigned duties before checking out with leadership
  • inspect and stock assigned station in the restaurant to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation
  • station set-up and breakdown/side-work
  • perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
