Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a similar position preferred
- must possess a valid Servsafe certification or have the ability to obtain a valid Servsafe certification
- maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- perform all essential job duties according to Omni standards
- ensure compliance on attendance and punctuality standards
- follow all uniform standards
- properly set up and break down of restaurant
- ensure complete understanding of service standards
- ensure a complete understanding of the menu
- deliver food and beverage accurately to tables and in a timely manner
- comply with food handling standards
- deliver food to all sections of the restaurant and bar
- complete all assigned duties before checking out with leadership
- inspect and stock assigned station in the restaurant to ensure that it is immaculate in both cleanliness and presentation
- station set-up and breakdown/side-work
- perform any other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
