- Food Handler Card and RBS Certification required or must be obtained upon hire

- Previous cocktail serving or upscale food and beverage experience preferred
- strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine service preferred

Job Duties
- Provide attentive, courteous, and professional cocktail and food service to guests
- possess thorough knowledge of cocktail menus, wine, beer, spirits, and food offerings
- accurately enter orders into the POS system and process guest payments
- monitor guest needs and anticipate service opportunities throughout the dining experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas
- ensure all beverages are served responsibly in accordance with California alcohol service laws
- communicate effectively with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times
- follow all hotel policies, health and safety standards, and departmental procedures
