This part-time, evening employment opportunity offers a competitive monthly pay of $1,200, paid semi-monthly, with additional incentives such as employee referral programs, sales lead referrals, and a next-day pay option.

Working Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00 pm until approximately 11:00 pm on average, team members utilize Trash Butler’s innovative technologies, including a field app that streamlines timekeeping, check-ins and check-outs, and reporting tasks. The job entails collecting bagged trash from resident doorsteps using assigned trash totes or carts, safely transporting waste to designated dumpsters or compactors, and maintaining cleanliness in the community by performing additional services such as porter duties, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, and compactor cleanup. Effective communication with supervisors and adherence to company values are integral to maintaining a productive and respectful work environment.
