Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields
  • Experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Portfolio of previous work marketing analysis or advertisement campaign management
  • Intermediate skills in Google Analytics, Google Advertisements, digital marketing strategies, Adobe Suite, data analytics (Power BI preferred)
  • Ability to organize multiple concurrent campaigns effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Availability to work extended hours including nights and weekends
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to be in-office at Camden, NJ location 4 days per week until Labor Day and 5 days until Memorial Day
  • Must be able to commute to Camden, NJ office

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Demonstrate a portfolio of previous work marketing analysis or advertisement campaign management
  • Demonstrated teamwork and vision in marketing campaigns or initiatives
  • Intermediate skills in Google Analytics, Google Advertisements, digital marketing strategies, Adobe Suite, and data analytics (Power BI preferred)
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to organize effectively multiple concurrent campaigns
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to establish a strong rapport with others
  • Ability and availability to work extended hours including nights and weekends as required
  • Travel required - up to 25% depending on campaign and project work
  • Must be able to be in-office at our Camden, NJ location 4 day per week until Labor Day & 5 days until Memorial Day
  • Must be able to commute into our Camden, NJ office

Job Duties

  • Manage and report on advertisement campaigns that promote NFI employer branding and job postings
  • Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors on content strategies and campaign development
  • Report and track regularly on KPIs to monitor the success of organic campaign performance and share with team leaders
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide real-time insight into paid and organic lead generation and employer branding performance
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team, external advertising agencies, and other creative vendors on content strategies to maximize the NFI driver brand
  • Leverage a suite of truck driver personas that represent our targeted audience across different geographies
  • Report regularly on KPIs to monitor the success of campaign performance
  • Participate in vendor meetings with the Recruitment Marketing Team by providing KPI analysis on advertisements
  • Support the Sales and Pricing process by researching competitor wages and value propositions
  • Help gather target demographics, labor supply and demand, and insights about the competitive landscape to assist in content creation that resonates with target audiences
  • Manage and monitor regional job postings on internal and external sites to keep information creative and fresh
  • Support content creations with the team through storyboarding, producing, and editing of content where needed
  • Stay up to date with advertisement tactics, recruitment marketing products and platforms, and competitor strategies
