- Valid Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests
- Offer recommendations on menu items including food and beverage pairings
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Process transactions using POS systems and handle payments securely
- Transport meals from kitchen to members maintaining presentation quality
- Deliver orders accurately to designated areas
- Clear and reset tables after guest visits
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes
- Maintain bar inventory and restock supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines including food handling and sanitation
- Comply with laws regarding alcoholic beverage service
- Assist in opening and closing duties of restaurant or bar
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to streamline operations
