Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years cooking instructor experience
- Possess ServSafe certification or similar
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Ability to conduct in-person classes
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working with diverse groups
Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience teaching recreational cooking classes
- ServSafe certification or relevant food handler's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Passion for teaching and sharing culinary knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage class logistics
- Experience teaching international dishes such as pasta, dumplings, sushi, and pastries
Job Duties
- Lead and organize in-person cooking classes
- Purchase ingredients needed for classes
- Set up the teaching environment and materials
- Teach each dish step-by-step in a hands-on manner
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace before and after classes
- Engage students and answer questions during the class
- Collaborate with CocuSocial team to develop and refine class content
