Offering a competitive salary starting from $63,259 per year, the Recreation Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the recreational landscape for Brentwood's community members.
The Recreation Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of daily operations at the City of Brentwood Ice Rink and the Memorial Park Inline Rink. This includes supervising staff such as Recreation Specialists, skating instructors, skate guards, hockey officials, and scorekeepers. The manager also develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure smooth facility function and a superior customer experience. A significant aspect of the role involves planning, coordinating, marketing, and evaluating diverse ice rink programs to meet residents' recreational needs.
