Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- experience in facility operations, events, or recreation preferred
- demonstrated experience handling cash, processing payments, and maintaining financial accuracy
- experience working with a diverse clientele base strongly preferred
- leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- strong organization and attention to detail
- ability to manage multiple schedules and moving pieces
- must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- pre-employment drug screening and background check required
- First Aid/CPR preferred or obtained upon hire
- ability to lift 25-50 lbs
- ability to stand, walk, and move throughout facility for extended periods

Job Duties
- Assist with supervising and supporting operations staff
- coordinate and manage facility rental schedules and logistics
- ensure rooms are set up, maintained, and reset according to rental needs
- work directly with renters to confirm details and expectations
- support opening and closing of facilities as needed
- cover front desk operations as needed
- enforce facility rules and ensure safe, organized use of spaces
- process rental payments, deposits, and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
- assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
- maintain rental records, reports, and scheduling systems
- address issues during rentals and escalate when needed
- respond to and resolve customer concerns independently while maintaining high customer service standards
- other duties as assigned or needed
