The role of Assistant Pool and Beach Manager supports the Director of Recreation in overseeing all aspects of the pool and beach areas, including maintenance, cleanliness, and the operation of cabana units. As a full-time management position with a pay range of $57,000 to $77,000 annually and eligibility for bonuses, this role plays a pivotal part in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, while maximizing financial performance. This position entails supervising staff, supporting daily operations, scheduling events, and coordinating activities such as children’s programs and group events like sand painting and bonfires.
