The Bellevue Club Recreation Department is currently seeking a part-time Recreation Lead to support the planning, coordination, and execution of birthday parties and social family events. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement, serving as the host for events while actively participating in family programming during peak times such as Friday nights and weekends. The Recreation Lead ensures that each event is welcoming, organized, and enjoyable for members and their guests. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a passion for working with children and families, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, fun, and busy environment. Shifts primarily include weekends and select Friday evenings, providing a perfect opportunity for individuals who enjoy an engaging, social work atmosphere with flexible hours.

The Recreation Lead plays a critical role in enhancing the member experience by overseeing the setup and breakdown of event spaces, guiding participants through activities, delivering food, and supporting other recreation staff and leadership during events.
