The club offers an exceptional blend of fitness, recreational, social, and business amenities in a luxurious setting that spans 250,000 square feet. This includes world-class fitness facilities, four innovative dining spaces, and a luxury 66-room boutique hotel. Additionally, the club features a full-service spa with cutting-edge wellness offerings, making it a comprehensive destination for health, relaxation, and social interaction. This environment fosters a sense of community and offers opportunities for personal growth and professional advancement.

The Bellevue Club Recreation Department is currently seeking a part-time Recreation Lead to support the planning, coordination, and execution of birthday parties and social family events. This role combines leadership responsibilities with hands-on involvement, serving as the host for events while actively participating in family programming during peak times such as Friday nights and weekends. Shifts primarily include weekends and select Friday evenings, providing a perfect opportunity for individuals who enjoy an engaging, social work atmosphere with flexible hours.

The Recreation Lead plays a critical role in enhancing the member experience by overseeing the setup and breakdown of event spaces, guiding participants through activities, delivering food, and supporting other recreation staff and leadership during events. The position offers $20.00 per hour plus tips, free access to club facilities and amenities, complimentary group fitness classes, and discounts at club restaurants, spa services, and products. Employees also benefit from opportunities for advancement, employee recognition programs, ongoing training and development, plus the perks of working in a luxurious, newly remodeled hotel and fitness environment with free parking. If you thrive in a team-oriented, high-energy atmosphere and have a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable social family experiences, this role offers a unique and rewarding career path within a respected and dynamic community-oriented club.
