Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Must have access to reliable transportation
  • Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Basic keyboarding and Windows PC skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail background preferred
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds

Job Duties

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Reception support, greeting guests and employees
  • Direct calls and/or in-person visitors to the appropriate destination
  • Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a professional environment
  • Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
  • Adhere to all safety procedures
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
