Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assisted living or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform basic clerical tasks
- Comfortable working with elderly individuals
- Ability to remain pleasant and professional under interruptions
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift between 1-20 pounds occasionally
- Good visual acuity and hearing
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in assisted living or related customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient with ten key adding machine and basic bookkeeping
Job Duties
- Greet and assist residents, visitors, staff, and prospective clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide information and referrals accurately and efficiently
- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and light bookkeeping
- Handle multiple interruptions while maintaining a pleasant and courteous demeanor
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, residents, families, and the public
- Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing inquiries promptly
- Maintain confidentiality and follow universal precautions guidelines
