Job Duties

  • Answer phones in a professional manner within three rings and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
  • Take messages from customers when desired person is unable to be reached or at customer request
  • Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly providing timely friendly professional service
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests asking questions to identify needs and resolving customer concerns
  • Maintain a professional appearance always
  • Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
  • Handle and drive all cars safely to protect dealership property and always ensure damage prevention
  • Drive off-site to do dealership tasks when necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned
