The Receptionist/Operations Assistant role is a pivotal position within our corporate office. This full-time role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations by managing front office responsibilities and supporting various operational projects. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, setting a positive and professional tone for the company. Responsibilities include greeting guests, directing calls, handling correspondence, sorting mail, resolving account-related issues, and assisting with research and data analysis. The ideal Receptionist/Operations Assistant will be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude are critical, as is the ability to work collaboratively with other team members and adapt flexibly to changing priorities. Job Requirements
- Have one to three years of experience providing administrative support
- possess proficient typing and data entry skills
- be skilled in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel
