Job Duties
- Greet and assist all visitors, employees, and partners, assessing needs and directing appropriately
- Manage visitor check-ins and serve as the first point of contact for calls and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Manage mail, packages, and deliveries to ensure prompt distribution
- Coordinate office supplies to keep the workspace stocked and functional
- Coordinate with the store operations team to resolve maintenance issues promptly
- Monitor meeting rooms and shared spaces to ensure they remain presentable and ready for use
- Provide general administrative support to the People Business Partner and Store Sales teams as needed
- Support event coordination and other office functions as needed
- Assist with onboarding logistics, including new hire paperwork and orientation preparation
