The receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, responsible for greeting and assisting them upon arrival, as well as handling financial transactions related to their care. Additional duties include managing inbound telephone calls, scheduling appointments efficiently to optimize the physician's calendar, and accurately entering patient demographic information into our healthcare information system. This role demands excellent communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy office environment. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma
  • minimum of two years experience in a physician's office and patient registration
  • ability to organize and coordinate assignments independently
  • strong oral and written communication skills
  • basic knowledge of third party reimbursement
