  • comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • previous experience in a title, escrow, or real estate office is a plus

Job Qualifications

  • Notary Public (State of Colorado)
  • Title Insurance Producer License or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • exceptional customer service skills
  • detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
  • understanding of escrow and closing standards, title commitments and requirements, real estate regulations and guidelines, proration, per diems, lender documents, real estate documents, and document preparation
  • able to work independently
  • comfortable meeting with clients and prospects in varied settings
  • team player with commitment, dedication, respect, and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
  • maintain a clean and organized front office and closing rooms
  • handle earnest money deposits and ensure accurate receipting
  • assist with opening new escrow files and distributing documents
  • support escrow officers with document preparation and file management
  • communicate with lenders, agents, and attorneys to gather required information
  • track and follow up on outstanding items needed for closing
  • ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • perform other administrative and escrow-related duties as needed
