- previous experience in a title, escrow, or real estate office is a plus
Job Qualifications
- Notary Public (State of Colorado)
- Title Insurance Producer License or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- exceptional customer service skills
- detail oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
- understanding of escrow and closing standards, title commitments and requirements, real estate regulations and guidelines, proration, per diems, lender documents, real estate documents, and document preparation
- able to work independently
- comfortable meeting with clients and prospects in varied settings
- team player with commitment, dedication, respect, and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- maintain a clean and organized front office and closing rooms
- handle earnest money deposits and ensure accurate receipting
- assist with opening new escrow files and distributing documents
- support escrow officers with document preparation and file management
- communicate with lenders, agents, and attorneys to gather required information
- track and follow up on outstanding items needed for closing
- ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- perform other administrative and escrow-related duties as needed
