Job Description
Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a dedicated healthcare establishment specializing in providing comprehensive rehabilitation and healthcare services to patients requiring dedicated medical care and support. This center is committed to fostering a healing environment where residents and patients receive compassionate, professional attention tailored to their unique health needs. As part of a broader network of healthcare providers, Treasure Hills emphasizes quality care, patient dignity, and a supportive workplace culture. The facility serves a diverse community including elderly patients, individuals recovering from medical procedures, and those needing assistance with daily activities in a secure and comfortable setting.
We are currently seeking to expand our team with the addition of an organized and communicative Front Office Receptionist/Driver. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent first impressions for all visitors and residents. As the Front Office Receptionist, you will be the initial point of contact for all incoming calls, visitors, and guests. Responsibilities include professionally answering calls, greeting visitors, providing direction and assistance, issuing and collecting identification badges, and supporting administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and posting accounts. Your role will enhance the operational flow and contribute to a positive experience for everyone who comes to the facility.
In addition to reception duties, this position involves transportation assistance duties where you will be responsible for securing and transporting residents using wheelchairs, aiding them with entering and exiting vehicles and buildings, and assisting other departments by delivering necessary items such as medical records, x-rays, pharmaceuticals, and mail—all while complying strictly with HIPAA privacy regulations. Maintaining vehicle cleanliness, reporting any mechanical or safety issues promptly, and adapting to flexible scheduling are also important aspects of this role.
Ideal candidates will have previous experience in a healthcare setting and be proficient with Microsoft Office. A clean driving license is required, as well as a respectful and tactful approach when interacting with facility personnel, residents, families, and external contacts. This full-time opportunity offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package subject to eligibility based on employment status. Join Treasure Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center to make a meaningful impact in a professional, caring healthcare environment where your contributions truly matter.
