Muscle Foods USA is currently seeking a Receptionist/Customer Service Support professional to join its team in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is an integral part of the organization’s front office operations and customer service framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk area which includes greeting and screening visitors, managing incoming calls, assisting customers, vendors, and internal colleagues, as well as performing various data entry and customer service-related tasks. The role requires an individual who is professional, outgoing, energetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Greet, check-in, and direct guests to the appropriate person
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Respond to inquiries, provide information, and resolve basic customer service issues politely and efficiently
  • Process customer return requests
  • Perform data entry tasks as assigned
  • Assist vendors, customers, and colleagues as needed
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Sort mail and daily deliveries
