Job Requirements
- Can work weekends and holidays

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and setting up bars

- Effective phone communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned duties efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a concierge or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
- Basic knowledge of fitness and spa facilities is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Completes all opening and closing duties thoroughly and accurately including setting up and taking down the member food and beverage bar
- Clean fitness areas including equipment and maintains areas throughout the shift including restocking the member food and beverage bar
- Checks for and reports any deficiencies and/or maintenance concerns to Fitness Manager and puts in maintenance work order
- Answers phones making appointments for the spa as necessary
- Completes all charges from the day and ensures that the paperwork is delivered to the accounting department
- Attends staff meetings
- Completes any other tasks as assigned by the Fitness and Spa Manager
