The Fitness and Spa Concierge position at Isleworth Golf and Country Club is designed to support the wellness and relaxation needs of the members by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hospitality within the fitness and spa areas. This role ensures the highest standards in appearance, professionalism, work ethic, and attitude, contributing to a seamless and pleasant member experience. The concierge is responsible for opening and closing duties, managing member food and beverage bars, maintaining cleanliness and order in the fitness areas, and handling administrative duties such as appointment scheduling and financial paperwork.

This position demands a flexible individual who can work weekends and holidays to meet member needs consistently. Offering a competitive wage of $18 per hour, the role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach to maintenance issues, and excellent interpersonal skills for answering phones and attending staff meetings. The Fitness and Spa Concierge reports to the Fitness and Spa Manager and contributes to the overall smooth operation of the spa and fitness center by completing assigned responsibilities efficiently and professionally.

Job Qualifications

Prior experience in a concierge or customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality
Basic knowledge of fitness and spa facilities is a plus
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
Professional demeanor and positive attitude

Job Duties

Completes all opening and closing duties thoroughly and accurately including setting up and taking down the member food and beverage bar
Clean fitness areas including equipment and maintains areas throughout the shift including restocking the member food and beverage bar
Checks for and reports any deficiencies and/or maintenance concerns to Fitness Manager and puts in maintenance work order
Answers phones making appointments for the spa as necessary
Completes all charges from the day and ensures that the paperwork is delivered to the accounting department
Attends staff meetings
Completes any other tasks as assigned by the Fitness and Spa Manager
