Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or healthcare preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and other pre-employment screenings
