Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Proficiency with computers and basic office software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of correspondence accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work cooperatively with team members and receive constructive feedback

Job Qualifications

  • Insurance experience a plus
  • 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Duties

  • Answer phones, effectively route calls, and take messages
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Manage inventory of office supplies
  • Sort, scan and properly disburse a high volume of mail and email, including policies and commission checks
  • Review and forward emails to the correct parties
  • Create labels and drop off packages for all outgoing mail (USPS and Fed Ex)
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed
