Job Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone systems
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to process payments accurately
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

  • Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish) - required
  • Cooperative, helpful and connects with others seamlessly
  • Strong ability to multi task with high attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.) preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in both English and Spanish
  • Manage a multi-line phone system, answering calls promptly and professionally and striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
  • Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
  • Accurately process payments
  • Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shift
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk / lobby area
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, emails, reports
