The Administrative Services Assistant at Arden Courts plays a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of the administrative services team. This part-time position, scheduled every other Tuesday, every other Thursday, and alternating weekends and holidays, is integral to delivering excellent service to residents, families, and employees. The role primarily includes performing receptionist duties and providing clerical support to the Administrative Services Coordinator. Key areas of responsibility include human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll assistance as needed. Given the frequent interaction with a diverse group of stakeholders, this position demands high levels of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure resident and employee satisfaction consistently meets industry-leading standards.
