The Administrative Services Assistant role at Arden Courts is essential in maintaining smooth administrative operations and delivering exemplary customer service. This position supports the Administrative Services Coordinator by performing a variety of clerical duties, including receptionist responsibilities and administrative tasks across multiple departments such as human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll as needed. Being the first point of contact for residents, their families, and employees, this role necessitates a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure positive and satisfying interactions.
In this role, you will be expected to operate the switchboard, manage multi-line phone systems, and utilize your proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills in reading, writing, and speaking English are essential to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. The position demands physical mobility with the ability to walk, stand, talk, and hear, as well as move freely throughout the facility. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Ability to operate switchboard
- Previous experience with multi-line phone system preferred
- Ability to move freely throughout facility
