Job Requirements

- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the Collision Center
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate staff, and take accurate messages as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and updating customer files
- Handle paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and insurance documentation
- Maintain organization of office records and files
- Support team members with administrative tasks as assigned
- Provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all customers and visitors
