  • previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
  • ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the Collision Center
  • answer incoming phone calls, direct them to appropriate staff, and take accurate messages as needed
  • assist with scheduling appointments and updating customer files
  • handle paperwork including repair orders, invoices, and insurance documentation
  • maintain organization of office records and files
  • support team members with administrative tasks as assigned
  • provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all customers and visitors
