Job Requirements

- previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive at the Collision Center
- answer incoming phone calls, direct them to appropriate staff, and take accurate messages as needed
- assist with scheduling appointments and updating customer files
- handle paperwork including repair orders, invoices, and insurance documentation
- maintain organization of office records and files
- support team members with administrative tasks as assigned
- provide a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all customers and visitors
