- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- able to work in office part time approximately 8am to 2pm four days per week

Job Qualifications
- One year administrative support experience or relevant work history preferred
- associates degree preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Excel including creating spreadsheets, performing data entry, using basic formulas, formatting worksheets
- proficient in Microsoft Word including formatting, creating tables, headers and footers, and utilizing mail merge functions
- proficient in DocuSign including creating, sending, and tracking documents for e-signature
- proficient in Adobe Acrobat including creating, editing, and commenting on PDFs
- proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- ability to work independently with limited supervision
Job Duties
- Answer phones with professionalism, greet clients and direct them to the correct person
- coordinate staff meetings, conference calls and webcasts
- work with spreadsheets, track data in a database, time record keeping and client maintenance
- assist partners, managers and staff with all office activities
- review, sort and route incoming mail
- distribute outgoing mail
- schedule appointments and make travel arrangements
- compose and type routine correspondence including orders, memos, letters and reports
- order and stock supplies
- perform miscellaneous scanning, filing, faxing and copying duties as needed
- pick up additional administrative responsibilities when needed
