Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greets clients, visitors, and guests
- determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location
- answers and directs phone calls to staff, takes messages, transfers callers to voicemail, screening when necessary
- receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items
- keeps the sign-in sheet updated for the correct month
- performs administrative and clerical support tasks
- maintains filing systems as assigned
- retrieves information as requested from records, email, invoices, and other related documents
- prepares written summaries of data when needed
- responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
- prepares Jobber invoices
- issues pass codes to sales representatives
- prints price lists when requested
- issues receipts for truck parking
- assists with monthly statements
- assists with tasks that require understanding of accounting
- checks fax machine throughout the day
- replenishes supplies in kitchen, copy area, and sales room
- keeps common areas presentable and organized
- performs other related duties as assigned
