Job Duties

  • Serve as the centralized point of contact for public and callers
  • Operate the main telecommunications system handling multiple customers
  • Maintain the front desk lobby area and provide a welcoming environment
  • Perform clerical duties including mail processing, filing, typing, and document processing
  • Provide support to the Human Resources Office
  • Act as a backup for the Director's administrative assistant during absences
  • Organize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication under pressure
