Job Duties
- operate the main telecommunications system for agency customers
- maintain the front desk lobby area for all visitors
- serve as a replacement for the Director’s administrative assistant during absences
- support the Human Resources Office

- perform filing, typing, document processing, and data entry
- manage multiple tasks efficiently and courteously
