Job Duties

  • operate the main telecommunications system for agency customers
  • maintain the front desk lobby area for all visitors
  • serve as a replacement for the Director’s administrative assistant during absences
  • support the Human Resources Office
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • perform filing, typing, document processing, and data entry
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently and courteously
