Job Requirements
- High school graduate
- 2-3 years of clerical work experience
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proofread
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of office equipment
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work full-time
- Pay range varies from $20/hr to $30/hr dependent on experience
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- 2-3 years of clerical work experience
- Accounting support experience is a plus, specifically accounts payable
- Adobe and/or Blue Beam proficiency
- Passion for delivering excellence to our internal and external clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proofread
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Basic understanding of accounting
- Ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of office equipment
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work full-time
Job Duties
- Greets and directs clients and visitors
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Company mail management, including the preparation/scheduling of outgoing packages
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment
- Conference room, breakroom, and supply room management
- Workstation set-up for new hires
- Coordinates and schedules building & landscaping maintenance
- Coordinates and schedules meetings, travel and appointments as needed
- Ordering and picking up lunches as needed
- Assist with recruiting and resume processing
- Assist the accounting department as needed
- Performs other related duties as assigned
