Job Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Availability for full-time employment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role is preferred

Job Duties

  • Greeting and checking in visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls, providing basic information
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
  • Maintaining and updating contact databases
  • Booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments
  • Maintaining the tidiness and professional appearance of the reception area
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with stationery and supplies, managing inventory
  • Providing administrative support to company staff (e.g., copying, scanning, assisting with event organization)
  • Performing other administrative duties as required
