Situated in Phoenix, Arizona, Hill International is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join the team on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This position plays a vital role in supporting the client's staff and visitors by coordinating and organizing a variety of documents and correspondence while managing requests from multiple sources with a high degree of professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate demonstrates outstanding customer service skills and a business professional demeanor, maintaining reliable attendance with the ability to work consistently on-site during office hours.
The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general administrative support duties including greeting visitors, answering telephones, distributing mail and packages, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project calendars. Additionally, this role will handle electronic documentation, routing, and file management using systems such as Oracle and Adobe Sign. Maintaining precise records such as change orders, payment requests, meeting minutes, and closeout requirements is essential, along with managing electronic files and archives. The position also involves tasks such as copying, scanning, printing, and organizing conference room schedules, as well as assisting staff with obtaining vehicle keys and parking cards through the Key Watcher System.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with electronic documentation, routing, and file management software and processes (Oracle, Adobe Sign)
- Ability to sit at a desk for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to safely lift 10 pounds
- Maintain reliable attendance and work on-site 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
- Customer-service oriented with business professional demeanor and attire
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred

Job Duties
- Provide general administrative support
