Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
- minimum three years of experience in administrative support role preferred
- proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
- experience in retail business preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to maintain confidentiality and work under minimal supervision
- capability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
- ability to work in a moderate noise level environment and manage standard office equipment
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in business or related field preferred
- three years of experience or more in administrative support role preferred
- experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word required
- knowledge of retail business preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills required
- high level of organizational skills to manage multiple and changing priorities required
Job Duties
- Welcome visitors by greeting them and answering or referring inquiries
- ensure all visitors, vendors and delivery personnel sign in at the front desk and are issued a temporary visitor’s badge
- direct visitors/vendors to the appropriate department or employee
- manage external and internal phone calls and e-mails as required
- oversee distribution of all incoming mail and packages
- schedule, verify and cancel conference rooms and conference calls
- maintain a professional reception area by ensuring cleanliness and organization representative of the company’s image
- maintain the office breakroom and conference rooms by ordering supplies, cleaning, organizing, stocking and cleaning machines
- maintain calendars for business unit including scheduling of meetings and conference calls
- assist with maintaining event calendar and coordination of all office events
- assist office manager with managing all equipment, furniture and fixtures
- respond to written requests for information as required
- provide routine administrative support to various business unit directors
- support project management activities for special projects
- handle responsibilities with confidentiality and urgency
- contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
