We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, this role is critical in shaping positive experiences and fostering a warm and welcoming environment. The Receptionist will serve as the face of the club, responsible for front desk management that includes greeting and assisting members and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. This role requires someone who is adept at multitasking and can handle various communication channels such as telephone and email inquiries promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the Receptionist will manage reservations for dining, events, and other club services, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong organizational abilities and proficiency in office software and equipment. Experience working in a hospitality or country club environment is preferred, as is a warm, approachable personality with a commitment to outstanding customer service. Job Duties
- Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with a professional and courteous demeanor
- manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and welcoming
- answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries or requests promptly and efficiently
- direct calls and messages to the appropriate departments or individuals
- manage reservations for dining, events, and other services
- coordinate appointment scheduling and confirm bookings as needed
- perform various administrative duties
- provide exceptional customer service by addressing member and guest concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
- work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- assist with special projects and tasks as needed
