As a Receptionist at Westrock Orthodontics, you will play a vital role in supporting the practice’s mission to deliver outstanding orthodontic care. Your primary goal will be to provide superior support to patients, acting as the welcoming face of the office and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience from scheduling to treatment. You will work closely with orthodontists, dental assistants, and the team leader, collaborating to maximize patient treatment time while managing a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, as you will be responsible for managing patient schedules, maintaining dental health records, and handling insurance eligibility and patient accounts.
