Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to handle phone calls professionally
  • basic computer proficiency
  • attention to detail in maintaining logs and records
  • ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • ability to pass background check
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • familiarity with basic office equipment and computer applications
  • ability to remain calm and composed during emergency situations
  • commitment to delivering gracious hospitality and excellent customer service
  • knowledge of safety and visitor management protocols

Job Duties

  • Greet all visitors entering the community
  • answer questions from visitors
  • ensure visitors sign guest sheets
  • answer and direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff
  • sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
  • perform basic office and clerical functions
  • maintain visitor logs
  • respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
