Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle phone calls professionally
- basic computer proficiency
- attention to detail in maintaining logs and records
- ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to pass background check
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- familiarity with basic office equipment and computer applications
- ability to remain calm and composed during emergency situations
- commitment to delivering gracious hospitality and excellent customer service
- knowledge of safety and visitor management protocols
Job Duties
- Greet all visitors entering the community
- answer questions from visitors
- ensure visitors sign guest sheets
- answer and direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff
- sort, deliver, and collect incoming and outgoing community and resident mail
- perform basic office and clerical functions
- maintain visitor logs
- respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol
