Job Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with the public and coworkers

Job Duties

  • Assist with answering multiline telephone and respond to caller inquiries regarding pavilions, rentals, and special event activities
  • Enter and maintain parks reservation data into computer systems
  • Mail reservation agreement forms
  • Compile data and submit monthly attendance reports
  • Prepare monthly parks reservation-related reports
  • Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel or activities
  • Collect monies for reservations, copy documents, and maintain payment records
  • Reserve conference rooms for individuals and groups
  • Assist with typing letters, memoranda, and other correspondence
  • Assist with filing and record keeping of documents and maintaining the department's internal calendar
  • Assist with planning activities for the department as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
