Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
- Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry
- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Basic knowledge of office procedures and reservation systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to interact professionally with the public and coworkers
Job Duties
- Assist with answering multiline telephone and respond to caller inquiries regarding pavilions, rentals, and special event activities
- Enter and maintain parks reservation data into computer systems
- Mail reservation agreement forms
- Compile data and submit monthly attendance reports
- Prepare monthly parks reservation-related reports
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel or activities
- Collect monies for reservations, copy documents, and maintain payment records
- Reserve conference rooms for individuals and groups
- Assist with typing letters, memoranda, and other correspondence
- Assist with filing and record keeping of documents and maintaining the department's internal calendar
- Assist with planning activities for the department as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
