Job Duties

  • Greets customers on the phone and in person in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with all departments and teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Closes repair orders on the computer system in a timely manner
  • Scans and files dealership documents and repair orders
  • Follows up on accounts receivable to maintain satisfactory levels of payment
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
  • Keeps and assists in keeping a clean and organized work area
  • Reconciles nightly deposits
