Job Requirements

  • must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • basic computer skills required
  • available to work full-time during specified dealership hours
  • willing to work Saturdays
  • able to adapt to changes in duties quickly

Job Duties

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • providing basic information when needed
  • stocking new units
  • handling dealer trade pick ups and drop offs
  • working with accounting to assist with contacting customers regarding their license plates
  • coordinate fleet pickups and paperwork
  • greeting customers
  • data entry
  • light filing
  • needs to be a multi-tasker and team player
  • must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year
