Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Comfortable engaging with customers and discussing insurance options
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the insurance industry

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to appropriate team members
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
