Founded by an individual with over five years of experience as a team member in the insurance sector, our agency prides itself on a close-knit team culture and a collaborative approach to business. With a combined experience of 25 years among our five dedicated professionals—four full-time and one part-time—we are committed to delivering exceptional insurance services. We focus on helping our customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from unexpected events, and realize their dreams. Our office operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, providing consistent and accessible service to our clients.

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our dynamic team, a role critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer interactions both in person and over the phone. The role is salaried, with compensation ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 per year, reflecting the importance of the position and our commitment to rewarding dedicated professionals.

Job Requirements

  • Previous reception or customer service experience

  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Job Duties

  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
