We are currently seeking to add an enthusiastic Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join Clay Dangerfield’s growing team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual who is self-motivated, coachable, and passionate about customer service. In this role, you will act as the first friendly point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a warm and professional reception experience. Responsibilities cover scheduling appointments, managing office communications, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. In addition, you will engage prospective and existing customers in meaningful conversations that may help identify insurance needs, thereby contributing directly to the agency’s mission to help people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently within a dynamic office environment. Candidates comfortable with engaging in sales conversations and those who possess basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems will find this role particularly rewarding.
