Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to engage customers in sales conversations
  • Basic proficiency with computers and relevant software
  • Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects
